NJM/CLI has appointed Richard Gauthier as the Company’s Production & Service Manager. He began working in the shop as a machinist, then an assembler, and as a service technician. For the past 11 years he has worked as the Production Manager at the Canadian manufacturing plant. Richard has worked for NJM/CLI 25 years. Richard brings vital knowledge of the equipment to his new position. A greater focus of his time on will now be on customer service along with his production responsibilities. He will now be responsible for the scheduling of service technicians in the field, equipment installation, training, as well as after sales service & spare parts to customers.
